Job description
We are looking for a project manager to strengthen our project team. IT project managers are the key contacts for customers and in-house teams on integration issues and, more broadly, on the use of our solutions. Your main tasks will be to manage ERP integration at customer sites, define requirements and detailed technical specifications for the project, and prepare upstream costing elements for the deployment of our solutions.
Missions :
- Supervise NEO-FUGU® ERP integration.
- Participate in pre-sales and launch meetings.
- Lead meetings with customers to fine-tune requirements and technical developments.
- Organize deployment schedules, server migration, acceptance tests, etc…
- Monitor the deployment of new applications to customers.
- Participate in testing and acceptance of applications after deployment.
- Monitor the progress of IT projects and deliveries to each customer.
- Propose innovative solutions and have them approved by management.
- Alert management and/or the project manager in the event of a problem with internal or customer impact.
As we are a fast-growing company, your tasks are likely to change/evolve depending on the business, but you will be supported and guided in all these tasks by the management team.
Profile & skills required
- Engineering profile or a 4/5-year degree.
- At least 2 years’ experience in software integration / functional consulting / ERP integrator.
- An experience as an ERP and production management administrator would be a plus.
- Excellent mastery of French with good writing skills.
- Knowledge of project management processes and methods (planning, budget, indicators) and certain project management tools (Monday).
- Understanding the company’s environment and activities, and the needs and constraints of users.
- Agile method.
- Fluency in English : level B2 or higher.
- Mastery of the Office pack.

- Remuneration according to experience and level of education : Between 34k€ and 37k€ gross per year for 39h, excluding benefits.
